When we know WHY people are in front of us, looking for a solution to what they want, we can craft our sales presentation to hit on all cylinders to give customers exactly what they’re looking for.  If they walk OUT of our doors in the next few weeks, there’s a good reason.  Today we discuss making sure that doesn’t happen.
